Each mobile is hand-sewn to order. Allow about 5 working days between order confirmation and shipping.

Under article 56bis of the Belgian VAT Code, Sleepyz benefits from the small business VAT exemption scheme. VAT therefore does not apply to sales: all prices displayed are net prices, without VAT. No VAT can be deducted by the customer.

In accordance with article VI.53, 3° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law (and EU Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. Mobiles customized via the configurator (choice of pieces, colors, composition) are made to order and therefore cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded once the order is validated. Standard mobiles in the catalog (sold via Vinted) remain subject to Vinted's general terms and conditions.

In accordance with articles 1649bis et seq. of the Belgian Civil Code, you benefit from a 2-year legal warranty of conformity starting from delivery. Covered by the warranty: any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery (hidden defect, manufacturing defect, non-conformity to the product description). Not covered: normal wear and tear, defects caused by misuse, negligence, modification of the product by the customer, or any accidental damage (breakage, chewing by baby, non-recommended washing…). During the first 6 months, any defect is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery. After that, it is up to the customer to prove the defect was pre-existing. Any defect must be reported within a reasonable time (max 2 months) after discovery, by e-mail to [email protected]. In case of a covered defect, Sleepyz proceeds to free repair or replacement. If either is impossible or disproportionate, a refund may be offered.
